Summary

I am an Interactive Designer and Developer living in Conway, Arkansas. The best part of my life is spending time with my 3 year old daughter, Kara, and being happily married.

Work

I was fortunate enough to start my career full-time in the web industry at 17. Within a few years I was asked to co-own the sister company of an internet consulting business. From there I decided to do my own thing, freelancing full-time. Shortly after, I was given the opportunity to join the interactive team of a full-service agency. I have been there since May of 2009.

Community

Originally co-founded Refresh Central Arkansas and Refresh Conway. Refresh Conway is still an active community of entrepreneurs, designers, developers, and geeks alike that meet once a month to discuss strategy and technology. I have given presentations on topics such as WordPress, Drupal, and Pods – a WordPress Plugin.

I am an active member and youth leader at The Church Alive.

Growing Up

Born, January 20th 1986 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

I grew up in what you would call “the sticks”. So it’s a little surprising I ended up as a designer and developer and spending too many hours to mention on a computer or device everyday.

Thankfully my grandfather got us a computer for Christmas one year. I was fascinated by the internet and the code that made it work. Somehow between girls, guitar, woods and school, I found the time to learn everything I could about the web.

I have been blessed with an amazing family and childhood. By no means was it perfect, but the lessons I learned is what has made it so amazing.
